I DJed tons of events way before I ever DJed my first wedding. From corporate retreats, breakdance events, fashion shows, Lake Tahoe New Year's Eve parties, snowboard rail jams, movie world premiers, grand openings, Olympic ski contests, disco parties, opened for world-famous DJs, etc., you name it, I've played music at them. I DJed a Hawaiian Tropic beauty contest once with an all vinyl set. Events are the roots of what I do. It's in my soul.

The picture of me with the red baseball hat is from the opening night party for the Wedding MBA, the world's largest wedding convention. I was among 14 DJs invited to play music on the opening night. I played zero "typical wedding songs." It was an opportunity to showcase music most attendees never heard before.

The pricing for a party is unique, depending on what you want. Maybe you're thinking of an epic light show with lasers, fog machines, and a concert-level sound system.
